摘要
对黄花乌头的生物学特性、化学成分分离纯化、鉴定方法、药理及毒性作用、生物技术应用等研究现状进行了综述,并对黄花乌头的发展前景做了展望,认为应加强采用生物技术进行高生物碱含量种质培育及关附甲素提取工艺优化等方面研究。
A review of the study on the germplasm resources, natural distribution, medicinal value, biology characteristics, chemical constituents, pharmacology and toxic effect, purification and appraisal method, biotechnology of Aconitum Coreanum was given, besides, the future of the de-velopment of Aconitum Corewum was discussed, it should strengthen in the use of biological technologies for germplasm cultivation of high alka-loid content and the optimization of Guan- fu base A extracts process.
