摘要 以选育高产优质的爆裂玉米新品种为目的,研究了有关爆裂玉米的生物学特性、加工性状、育种目标和相应的栽培技术等。研究表明,不同品种的爆花效果和玉米花品质差异很大;粒度与玉米花的大小呈正相关而与膨胀倍数呈负相关,沈爆1号单花体积与粒度的回归关系为y=1.794x-4.758,膨胀倍数与粒度的回归关系为y=-2.58x+48.813;膨胀倍数受含水量的影响很大,两者之间呈一元二次回归关系;成熟度影响膨胀倍数、爆花率和玉米花品质;机械损伤、过度的曝晒等都影响爆花效果。爆裂玉米新品种选育要考虑十几个性状的选择。栽培、收获、贮藏也有独特之处。沈爆1号膨胀倍数一般在35倍左右,最高可达38倍,爆花率达100%。 With the purpose of the selection of new popcorn Varieties with high yield and super quality,their bionomics, processing property, breeding goal and cult vation techniques were studied. The results are as follows: the difference of poping quality depends upon species. Positive correlation exists between grain size and poping size, but neg- ative relativity between the size of grain and expansion fold. The quadratic regression was found between per unit weight and the size of grain (y=1.794x-4.758) and between expansion fold and moisture (y=-2.58x+48.813). In Shenbao No.1. Expansion fold was influenced significantly by seed moisture content and the quadratic regression was present. Its expansion fold was about 35 fold, with the maximum of 38 fold. The rate of popped corn was 100% in Shenbao No.1. Ripening affected the expansion fold and the ratio of poping as well as the quality of popped corn. Mechanical break and over-drying grain by sun deceased the quality of popped corn. However, many charecters should be considered in the selection of new popcorn varieties.
