摘要
目的 探讨大鼠胃粘膜在慢性饮用低浓度酒精的不同时程 ,氧化应激水平的改变及其对胃粘膜细胞更新的影响。方法 以 6 % (v/v)酒精水溶液作为大鼠饮水的唯一来源 ,饮用 1、3、7、14及 2 8天后 ,分别测定胃粘膜匀浆中氧化应激的相关指标以及胃粘膜的DNA含量。结果 和对照组大鼠相比 ,饮用酒精 1天的大鼠胃粘膜氧化应激损伤、DNA含量没有改变 ;饮用 3、7和 14天酒精的大鼠胃粘膜其氧化应激损伤加重、DNA的含量明显增加 ;饮用 2 8天酒精的大鼠胃粘膜 ,氧化应激损伤加重、DNA的含量明显减少。结论 一定时程的低浓度酒精刺激可使大鼠胃粘膜受到氧化应激损伤 ,并导致胃粘膜细胞更新加快。
Objective To investigate gastric mucosal oxidative stress injury in the chronic alcohol drinking rats and its role on the cell turnover in the rat gastric mucosa. Methods SD rats received the drinking water containing 6%(v/v) ethanol for 28 days. The gastric oxygen free radical levels were measured in the different groups rats exposures to the ethanol. The cell turnover in gastric mucosa was measured in DNA content of the gastric mucosa.Results Compared to the control animals, the gastric oxygen free radical levels in the rats were significant increased during they exposure to the ethanol in 3rd to 28th days. But there was no change in the rat exposure to the ethanol in 1st day. The exposure to the ethanol in 3rd to 14th days significantly increased the DNA content of the mucosa. Treatment of the low concentration ethanol in 28 days decreased the DNA content of the mucosa.Conclusion Chronic stimulus with the low concentration ethanol resulted in gastric mucosal oxidative stress injury and led to the enhancement of cell turnover in the rat gastric mucosa.
