摘要
目 的 :探讨多肽对小鼠酒精性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用。方法 :将 4 5例小鼠分为对照组、模型组、保护组 ,用Guth方法分别计算 3组损伤指数。结果 :损伤指数模型组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,保护组明显低于模型组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :高浓度酒精可造成胃粘膜损伤 。
Objective:In order to reseach into the protection of peptides on alchole gastric membrane hurt of mice.Methods:We collected 45 mice and divided them into three groups(control group,model group and protective group).We used the Guth method to measure the hurt index of three groups.Results:The hurt index of model group was much higher than the control group(P<0.05),the hurt index of protective group was much lower than the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results showed that high doses alchole can cause gastric membrane hurt,and peptides can decrease the degree of alchole gastric membrane hurt.
