摘要 [目的]探讨名优白酒对小鼠健康效应的影响。[方法]按极大似然法(Bliss)分别计算名优白酒与酒精的LD50。根据急性毒性实验结果对小鼠进行名优白酒灌胃处理(剂量分别为0.5,1.5,3.0,6.0 ml/kg),并设定酒精对照组、空白对照组与模型组,1个月后除空白对照外,各组均给予60Coγ射线全身一次性照射,照射后D4处死动物,测定肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA、MT含量,并于实验开始及结束时测定小鼠体重。[结果]名优白酒LD50显著高于酒精对照(P﹤0.05);名优白酒低剂量组小鼠肝组织中SOD与GSH-Px酶活力均显著高于模型组(P﹤0.05),高剂量组SOD与GSH-Px酶活力与模型组的差异无统计学意义;名优白酒各剂量组小鼠肝组织中,MT含量均显著高于模型组(P﹤0.05),MDA含量与模型组的差异无统计学意义;名优白酒组与酒精对照组小鼠体重增加量均显著低于空白对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]名优白酒的毒性低于食用酒精;一定剂量范围内的名优白酒可增强小鼠的抗氧化能力。 [ Objective] To determine the influence of famous distilled spirit on the health of mice. [ Methods ] LD50 of famous distilled spirit group and alcohol group was calculated by Bliss method. Based on the results, mice were divided into seven groups randomly. Famous distilled spirit groups were supplied with 4 different dosages of famous distilled spirit by intragastric administration daily. In addition, 3.0 ml/kg alcohol group, model group and control group were set up respectively. Model and control group were given distilled water everyday. 30 days later, all mice were irradiated by 60Coγ-rays once except control group. All animals were killed on the forth day after irradiation. Malondialdehyde (MDA) and metallothionine (MT) contents, the enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in liver tissue were meatured. [Results] LD50 of famous distilled spirit group was (31.1 ± 1.91 ) ml/kg, which was significantly higher than that of alcohol group ((22.6± 1.46) ml/kg). The activity of GSH-Px was lower in model group than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). In the liver, compared with model group, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px was higher in low dose groups and the difference was also statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The contents of MT in every-dose group were significantly higher than that of model group. The mice in the famous distilled spirit groups and alcohol group put on weight more slowly than the control group. [Conclusion] Based on the results, we can get the conclusion that the toxicity of famous disfilled spirit is smaller than acohol and famous distilled spirit under some dose can depress the oxidative stress of "Coγ in liver ceils of mice.
