摘要
通过试验研究,油酸脚粘结剂工艺性能与植物油相近。用其混制的芯砂抗蠕变性与流动性 远高于合脂,且价格低廉,是一种较好的廉价代油粘结剂。
It has been shown by testing that oleic acid foots binder was similar to vegetable oil in the technological properties. The creep resistance and the fluidity of the core sand mixed with oleic acid foots were far superior to those of that mixed with fatty acid. The price of oleic acid foots was low, and it was a kind of fairly good binder used as a substitute for vegetable oil .
