Evaluation of complications during instrumentation and the quality of root canal obturation

摘要 目的 :对根管预备并发症及充填质量进行临床评价。方法 :从Digora图像系统中抽取我科2 0 0 2 - 0 4— 0 5所完成的根管治疗病例 80 5例 ,分别对前牙、前磨牙和磨牙根管预备并发症的发生和充填质量进行分析。结果 :形成台阶和侧穿的比例在前磨牙分别为 4 % ,而在磨牙中则分别为 33%和 5 %。前牙、前磨牙和磨牙适充的比例分别为 74 %、6 9%和 5 0 %。结论 :磨牙根管预备和充填的质量仍有待进一步提高。 AIM:To evaluate the complications during instrumentation and the quality of root canal obturation.METHODS:805 cases of root canal therapy during 2002-04—05 were obtained from Digora system. The quality of obturation and the complications during instrumentation were analyzed.RESULTS:Complication of ledge and perforation were both 4% in premolar, 33% and 5% in molar respectively. The rates of proper filled in of 805 cases were 74%, 69% and 50% in anterior, premolars and molars respectively.CONCLUSION:The quality of root canal instrumentation and obturation in molar should be further improved. [
