摘要
目的评价根管显微镜联合超声器械处理困难根管的临床疗效。方法对208个常规治疗无法处理的困难根管,包括钙化不通、器械折断、侧穿底穿,采用根管显微镜配合超声器械处理并统计成功率。结果钙化不通根管、器械折断根管、侧穿底穿根管的治疗成功率分别为77.01%、75.26%、70.83%,总体成功率为75.48%。结论根管显微镜联合超声技术可以使许多困难根管得到完善治疗。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of dental operating microscope（DOM） and ultrasonic instruments in treating difficult root canals.Methods A total of 208 difficult root canals,which could not be successfully managed by conventional methods,were treated with ultrasonic instruments under DOM.These difficult root canals treated included calcified blocked root canals,instrument fracture root canals,perforated root canals.The success rates were calculated.Results The success rate of three kinds of root canals was 77.01%,75.26%,70.83% respectively.The total success rate was 75.48%.Conclusion Most of difficult root canals can be treated perfectly by the combined technique using dental operating microscope and ultrasonic instruments.
