摘要
目的 了解在山西疫区,“非典”对神经外科住院病人心理健康的影响。方法 山西发生“非典”疫情后,对2003年4月1日—2003年5月20日在我院神经外科住院的36名病人用SCL-90量表进行测量,结果与中国成人成模组比较。结果 36名住院病人的SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数、躯体化症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等标准分显著高于成模组(P<0.05～0.01)。结论 “非典”流行期,由于医院的特殊环境、对“非典”的恐惧等原因,普通住院病人的心理健康水平明显低于成模。
Objective To study the SARS and the mental health in neurosurgical cases. Methods 36 cases of neurosurgical dep-artmen from April 1 to May 20 were tested by symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90). The results of the study group were compared with those of the norm (control group). Results The total score, total severity index, positive symptom total, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxity,paranoid ideation,psychopathy in 36 cases of neurosugical department were found to be significantly higher than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 - 0. 01). Conclusion It is suggested that the mental health in the study group is poorer than the norm. The environment of hospital and the anxiety to SARS are probably the main causes of the results.
