摘要
采用两种测痛方法,观察了眼镜蛇神经毒素(CNT)、平痛新(NFP)、罗痛定(RTD)、炎痛静(BZR)、盐酸丁丙诺啡(TGS)单用及分别与 CNT 伍用的镇痛效果,单用抑制小鼠醋酸扭体反应 ED50为:0.05,6.71,23.76,21.22,0.024/mg/kg。CNT 伍用 NFP 或 TGS 较单用显著提高抑制效果.呈协同增效作用。小鼠热板法亦观察到大致相同结果,CNT 伍用 NFP提高小鼠热板痛阈有效时间为单用的3-6倍.CNT 与另两种药伍用未观察到增效作用。测定了CNT、NFP 及两者伍用对小鼠的急性毒性 LD50,分别为:0.135,65.2,34.0mg/kg。CNT 与NFP 合并应用急性毒性显著降低,药物毒性颉颃作用非常显著(P<0.001)。
By two ways of measuring Pains,We observed the analgesic effects of Cobra(Naja naja atra)neurotoxin(CNT),Nefopam(NFR),Rotondine(RTD),Bcnzyrin(BZR)and Tengesie(TGS)used singly or respectively with CNT The abovemtioned used singly checks mouse twist test by acetate showing respectively 0.05,6.71,23.76,21.22,0.024mg/kg.CNT used together with NFP or TGS has a checking effectiveness notably higher than when used sirngly ,showing function of cooperating and increasing effect.Almost the same result was obtained by way of mouse hot plate test.By using CNT together with NFP,the effective time of hot plate test is from 3 time to 6 time longer than when used singly.The function of increasing effects of CNT used together with other two medicines was not seen.CNT,NFP and the mixed use of both to LD50 in mice are 0.135,65.2,34.0rag/kg.By using CNT+NFP the acute toxicity is reduced no- tably and the effect is obvious(P<0.001).
