眼镜蛇神经毒素对小鼠脑内乙酰胆碱代谢的作用 被引量:3

THE EFFECT OF COBROTOXIN ON THE TURNOVER OF ACETYLCHOLINE IN MOUSE' BRAIN

摘要 本实验用放射气相色谱/质谱联用技术,测定了脑室注射眼镜蛇神经毒素(CT,2μg/只)后对小鼠脑内大脑皮层、丘脑及下丘脑等脑区的乙酰胆碱(ACh)、胆碱(Ch)、KACh及乙酰胆碱更新率(TRACh)的影响。结果显示,各脑区的ACh、Ch及KACh均无显著变化,但下丘脑的TRACH比对照组明显下降,提示下丘脑的胆碱能神经元活动受到CT的抑制。 The turnover rate of acetylcholine (TRAch) in three different brain areas in mouse was determined to observe the changes in activity of cholinergic neurons following the injection of cobrotoxin (CT, 2μg/mouse, i. c. v.). The results showed that there were no evident changes in the concentrations of acetylcholine (ACh), choIine(Ch), KACh in cortex thalamus and hypothalamus; but TRAch in hypothalamus was significantly lower than that of control group. This suggested the activity of cholinergic neurons in hypothalamus was selectively suppressed by CT.
