摘要
本文从质量意识不断提高、健康观念彻底改变、法律意识普遍增强、基本医疗需求增加四个方面 ,探讨了军人现阶段的合理需求特点 ,提出了夯实质量根基、强化技术创新、严格科学管理、坚持德法兼治。
The author discussed behaviors of amry patients' reasonable demands at present stage from four aspects, awareness of quality improved continuously, idea of health changed thoroughly, consciousness of law strengthened widely and medical demand increased. Put forward five countermeasures such as enhancing medical quality, accelerating technical innovation, strengthening scientific management, insisting on ruling by morality and law and keeping sacred mission firmly in mind.
