摘要
通过对某部 13所医院和疗养院专业技术干部的专业种类、职称、学历、年龄等的调查分析 ,对目前医院存在着较为严重的人才断层现象 ,专业技术干部普遍学历、职称、年龄偏低等现象 。
Investigation is made on the professional cadres' types, titles, education qualifications , age , etc in 13 military hospitals and sanatoriums. The results reveal that the vacancy of personals and the under quality phenomenon are serious and common. In addition , the possible solutions are mentioned within the article.
