摘要
目的 探讨大学新生 HBs Ag的携带情况 ,供制定预防对策参考。 方法 用 EL ISA法检测乙肝标志物 (HB-VM) ,酶动力学法测定 AL T。 结果 32 6 5名大学新生 HBs Ag阳性率为 5 .70 % ;HBs Ag阳性组的 HBVM模式以“小三阳”和“大三阳”为主 ;AL T在 HBs Ag阴、阳性组之间 ,性别之间具有显著性差异。HBs Ag携带在性别间无差异。 结论 某校大学新生的 HBs
Objective To investigate the infection and epidemic features of HBsAg in freshmen for purpose of prevention. Methods HBsAg, HBVM and ALT in enzyme dynamics were examined by ELISA. Result The HBsAg carrying rate was 5.70% among the 3265 new students and the HBVM mode in the carrying HBsAg students was chiefly HBeAb positive,HBeAg positive. The difference of ALT was sighificant between negative and positive groups, male and female. There was no difference of HBsAg positive rate between male and female. Conclusion The infection rate of HBsAg in the college freshman was lower than the average infection rate of the country.
