摘要
目的探讨糖尿病(DM)引起生化指标失衡，导致心脑血管病变发生的危险性。方法应用全自动生化酶动力学法和RIA法检测DM组和对照组血清中空腹血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(TCh)、甘油三脂(TG)、胰岛素(Ins)的含量。结果DM患者血清中GLU、TCh、TG和Ins检测结果明显高于对照组，具有非常显著性差异(P＜0．01)。结论高血脂、高血液粘稠度、高GLU、高Ins血症是DM的基本特征。
