摘要 近年来研究表明,胃泌素(gastrin)通过其特异性受体促进肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡,进而促进肿瘤的生长和浸润。其与环氧化酶鄄2在肿瘤的发生发展中起协同作用。抑制异常增高的胃泌素作用可能成为防治恶性肿瘤尤其是消化道肿瘤的一种有效手段。 Recent studies indicate that gastrin promotes tumor growth and invasion by stimu-lating the proliferation of tumor cells as well as inhibiting the apoptosis of tumor cells via combining to its specific receptors.It has synergism with cyclooxygenase-2in carcinogenesis.Reduction of abnormally increased gastrin might be an effective measure for the prevention and management of malignant tumors especially of gastrointestinal track tumors.
