摘要
目的 :探讨眼眶海绵状血管瘤的CT和彩色多普勒超声定位定性诊断意义。方法 :对 1986~ 2 0 0 0年住院的 2 14例眼眶海绵状血管瘤病人进行CT和超声波检查。结果 :CT检查诊断符合率为 72 % ,CT可做出准确的眼眶内病变定位 ,其中 75 %的肿物位于肌椎内。超声波检查对眼眶海绵状血管瘤的定位不如CT ,但对揭示海绵状血管瘤的组织学类型优于CT ,其诊断符合率高达 93 %。结论 :用CT扫描作为术前精确定位 ,以决定手术入路与切口位置 ,结合CT与超声波作术前准确的定性诊断以决定是否采用简单的前路开眶摘除肿物具有重要的实际指导意义。
Objective:To study the role of CT and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of orbital cavernous hemangioma(OCH). Methods:214 patients with OCH were evaluated by CT and ultrasonography. Results:72% of OCH could be correctively diagnosed and precisely decided the spatial dimensions by CT.75% of the mass were located within the area of intraconal space.Ultrasonography examination was not as good as CT in the evaluation of tumor location,but was better than CT in understanding the histological pattern and the corrective diagnostic rate was as high as 93%. Conclusions:CT examination was excellent in the decision of the spatial location of OCH.Both CT and ultrasonography are helpful in making a correct diagnosis and deciding the surgical approach,especially in the decision of whether or not to take a simple anterior orbitotomy to remove the intraconal mass.
