摘要
本文报道用Ｂ型超声诊断肾上腺肿瘤２５例，全部经手术和病理证实。本组最小肿瘤为１．０×１．０ｃｍ，最大肿瘤为１４．０×１１．０ｃｍ，Ｂ型超声定位诊断符合率为９２％（２３／２５），定性诊断符合率为８４％（２１／２５）。未出现假阳性和假阴性。为提高诊断率，本文就Ｂ型超声对定位重要性、定性可行性进行了详细讨论。
This paper was reported 25 cases with adrenal tumors confirmed by operation and pathology. In this group, the minimal size of the tumors was 1.0cm×1.0cm, the maximum size was 14.0cm×11.0cm. Diagnostic rate of B-mode ultrasonography for localization and nature of adrenal tumours was 92% (23/25) and 84% (21/25), respectirely. Nevertheless, the group was not proved false positive and false negnative. In order to improve the ultrasonogrraphic diagnostic accuracy rate, localization and nature of adrenal tumors were further discussed.
