摘要
目的探讨电针穴位对肠缺血 -再灌注大鼠回肠内AChE活性的影响。方法采用夹闭大鼠肠系膜上动脉造成肠缺血 -再灌注损伤模型 ,以改良Ellman法测定AChE ,每日电针双侧“百会”、“风池”、“大钟”及“足三里穴”3 0min ,持续 7d和 1 4d ,波频率 2 -2 0Hz,强度 2 .0A。结果实验后第 7d ,大鼠回肠内的AChE活性在缺血 -再灌注组明显低于假手术组 ,电针组的活性则基本恢复 ;第 1 4d ,缺血 -再灌注及电针组的AChE活性恢复。结论肠缺血 -再灌注所致的肠损伤可能与肠内AChE活性有关 ,电针能提高大鼠回肠内的AChE活性 ,从而可能对抗肠缺血
Objective To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture points on ileum acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion rats.Methods The model was established by occlusion of superior mesentery artery and the AChE activity of animals was detected by modifying Ellman method,and electroacupuncture (with frequency of 2-20Hz and intensity of 2.0A) on bilateral points of 'Baihui', 'Fengchi', 'Dazhong' and 'Zusanli' for 30 mim,every-day and last 7 and 14 days.Results At 7th day after experiment,in ileum,AChE activity of ischemia-reperfusion group was significantly decreased compared with sham-operetion group, but that of electroacupuncture group was recovered.At 14th day,AChE activity of ileum in ischemia-reperfusion group was lower than Sham-operation group, but in electroacupuncture group, it was recovered too.Conclusion Decreasing of AChE activity in ileum may relate to intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury;Electroacupuncture can improve the AChE activity.
