摘要
目的:探讨电针穴位对脑缺血-再灌流损伤引起的脑海马及大脑皮层内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性的影响.方法:采用夹闭大鼠双侧颈总动脉(CCAO)造成脑缺血-再灌流损伤模型,以改良Ellman法测定AChE.每日电针双侧"百会"、"风池"、"大钟"及"足三里"穴30min、7和14d,疏-密波频率:2~20Hz,强度2 0A.结果:实验后第7d,大鼠海马及大脑皮层内的AChE活性在缺血-再灌流组明显低于假手术组,而其电针组的AChE活性则基本恢复;第14d,缺血-再灌流及其电针组的大脑皮层AChE活性恢复,海马AChE活性有所恢复.结论:脑缺血-再灌流所致的脑损伤可能与脑内AChE的活性有关;电针能提高大鼠海马及大脑皮层内的AChE活性,从而可能对抗脑缺血-再灌流所致的脑损伤作用.
Aim:To investigate the influence electroacupuncture points on hippocampus and cortex acetylcholinesterase(AChE) activity of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods: Using animal models of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion-common carotid artery occlusion(CCAO), applying improved Ellman method to determine AChE activity and electroacupuncture bilateral points of 'Baihui?Fengchi?Dazhong? Zusanli' 30 min everyday and last 7 and 14 days, the frequency:2~20 Hz, the intensity: 2.0 A. Results: 7th day after experiment,in hippocampus and cortex, AChE activity of ischemia-reperfusion group was significantly decreased compared with sham-operation group,but electroacupuncture group was recovered. 14th day,AChE activity of hippocampus in ischemia-reperfusion group was lower than sham-operation, in electroacupuncture group, it was recovered too; But AChE activity of cortex, in ischemia-reperfusion group and electroacupuncture group had recovered to the level of sham-operation group. Conclusion: Decreasing of AChE activity in hippocampus and cortex may relate to cerebral ischemia -reperfusion injury; Electroacupuncture can improve the AChE activity.
