摘要
运动训练的突出特征是科学性、实践性,通过运动训练"把运动员的整体功能转化为一个具有定向输出功能的相对稳定态。"恢复则是运动员经过体能活动之后,通过自然或人工手段,使机体状态恢复至训练之前水平或高于训练之前水平的过程。现代训练是一个系统工程,训练与恢复是运动训练系统的基本组成部分。
Practicalness and scientificalness, transferring player's whole mechanism to comparative steady conditions of directional output, are key to sports training. Recovery could, by nature or artificial methods, made physical mechanism shifting to the level before training or higher level after physical activity. Modern training is a systematical construction with training and recovery as its basic parts.
