香椿种子萌发的生理生化变化 被引量:3

PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL CHANGES IN Toona sinensis SEED DURING GERMINATION

摘要 对采自云南、河南、河北三省香椿种子萌发过程中的呼吸强度、乙烯释放量、香味释放量和种子浸提液的紫外吸收光谱、电导率、钾含量进行了测定,除电导率外,其它各项指标均有明显差异。云南省的新鲜种子前3项高于其陈旧种子,后3项则相反,而且差异均很显著。 Respiration, ethylene and fragrance release, and UV absorption spectrum, electrical conductivity and potassium content of soaking solution of T. sinensis seeds collected from the provinces of Yunnan, Henan and Hebei were studied during germination. There were significant differences in these indexes except electrical conductivity between seed lots collected from different regions. Measurements of all the indexes mentioned above in seeds collected from Yunnan Province showed that the first three indexes were higher and the others were lower in fresh seeds than in old seeds.
