摘要
研究了贮藏条件与香椿种子活力的关系,在常温下贮藏一年的种子,呼吸强度低、游离脂肪酸含量高、脱氢酶活性下降、发芽力完全丧失。而在0℃、-10℃、-18℃贮藏一年的种子,上述各项指标差异不大,仅略次于新鲜种子。因此,引起种子迅速衰老的主要因素是温度。低温贮藏可延长香椿种子寿命。
T.sinensis seeds stored at room temperature lost germinability complete- ly after one year.Respiratory intensity,free fatty acid content,dehydrogenase activity and percent germination of seeds under various conditions were studied to determine the optimum storage conditions.There were no differences in germination rate among seeds stored at 0,-10 or -18℃(all above 80%).It was concluded that the optimum storage temperature was 0℃.
