摘要
对100余个大麦花粉株系进行了细胞遗传学观察。发现株系 A_2-5的花粉母细胞在减数分裂中期 I(MI)经常出现异常现象,即1个二价体在其它6个二价体尚整齐地排列于赤道面上时就提前分离并趋向纺锤体的二极。在一些花粉母细胞中还观察到不同数量(1~3对)同源染色体在 MI 以单价体形式出现并似随机地游散在细胞中。这种异常现象的频率高达28.68%,与其原始材料 A_(202)(8.18%)相比,差异极显著(X^2=119.575)。讨论了对该变异体进行深入研究的理论和实践意义。
More than 100 dihaploid lines of barley derived from anther culture were studied cytologically.The line A_2-5 was found to be abnormal during meiosis,i.e,while six bivalents were arranged on the equatorial plane at metaphase I (M I)regularly,the remain- ing one bivalent segregated precociously and the separate homologues moved to each of the poles.Besides,we observed several pairs of homologues(1~3)appearing in the form of uni- valents and spreading at random at M I in a few pollen mother cells.The frequency of such phenomena was as high as 28.68%,significantly higher than that of its original material A_(202) (8.18%). The theoretical and practical significances of further studies on the meiotic variant ob- tained here were discussed.
