阐述了科研院所加强科研课题管理的重要性,介绍了对科研课题选题立项、中期实施、鉴定、报奖的全过程进行管理的经验及做法,对提高科研课题完成质量有着重要的意义。
This paper expounds the importance of strengthening the management of scientific research subjects of the scientific research institutions, and introduces some experiences and methods of the through management of the scientific research subjects including the selection and determination of scientific research subjects, medium- term practice, identification and submission for award.
