摘要
通过对当前科研课题在申报、经费使用、课题实施、成果鉴定与登记、成果推广管理中存在问题的分析，提出了６点建议。
By the analysis of problems in the project appl ication, funduse,implementation, achievement registration and appraisal,result expansion of current scientific research project management,six suggestions were put forth.
