摘要
教育科研管理是教育管理中的一个重要组成部分,它兼有学术管理和行政管理的双重职能。众多学者对教育科研管理进行了深入的探讨,本文就教育科研管理的内涵、内容、特点、目前存在的问题以及改进的方法等方面进行了归纳、分析和述评,并对教育科研管理研究所存在的问题和今后的发展方向做了简要论述。
Educational and scientific research administration is an important component of educational management,functioning as academic and executive administrations.Many scholars have already researched deeply into the field,on which basis this essay summarizes,analyzes and evaluates the connotations,contents,characteristics,currently existing issues,and ways of improvement.Also,issues with such research and its future orientation are briefly discussed and analyzed.
