摘要
本文综述了近年来有关骨折愈合研究的部分文献。作者认为 ,生长因子在骨折愈合中起着重要的作用。应用生长因子或其基因疗法有望成为一种骨折治疗的重要方法 ,特别是应用能诱导未分化间质细胞定向分化为成骨细胞的骨形态发生蛋白的基因治疗 。
To review the study on fracture healing,and suggest that growth factors may play important roles in fracture healing. Growth factor corresponding gene therapy may become a potential method in fracture healing, especially using the gene of bone morphogenetic protein which expresses the growth factor and induces the differentiation of progenitor cells into osteoblast efficaciously.
