摘要
提出了对住宅优化设计方案的评定方法。该方法的特点是:首先确定各因素之间的重要性,用层次分析法确定因素权重,然后用价值工程原理进行综合评定;并结合工程实例进行验证分析。
Anevaluationmethodofresidentialoptimizationdesignschemeispresentedinthispaper.Thecharacteristicofthismethodincludesthedeterminationoftheweighvalueofeachfactoraccordingtoitssignificancebytheanalytichierarchyprocess,thenthedeterminationofthecomprehensiveresultsbyusingtheprinciplesofvalueengineering.Itverifiesthepracticalityandfeasi-bilityofthemethodbyanalyzinganexampleinconstructionengineering.
