摘要
分析了地块开发方案常用优选方法的优缺点,论述了运用价值工程对房地产开发方案优选中的方法和步骤。结合具体地块的三个预备开发方案,对各方案进行评价,并选出最优方案。
The paper analyze methods of choosing. Discussed the methods and steps of developing value engineering in exploitation plan of real estate. By comprehensive analysis of the function and cost to actual example ,it can confirm a better construction design.
