摘要
论述在水运工程设计中运用价值工程的意义、价值分析的概念及提高价值的基本途径,并结合工程实例对建设项目设计功能与价值工程两方面综合分析,从而优化工程设计方案,结果显示该方法是有效的。
The significance of employing value engineering （VE） in optimizing the design scheme in port ＆ waterway engineering, the conception of value analysis and basic way to improve value are discussed. The engineering design scheme is optimized based on the integrated analysis of design function and VE combining an engineering practice. The result proves that the method provided in this paper is effective.
