摘要 综述了微合金化、调质热处理、感应热处理、形变热处理对弹簧钢组织和性能的影响。感应热处理加热速度快 ,钢组织细化 ,无脱碳 ,高的强韧性、疲劳寿命和抗弹减性 。 The effects of micro alloying, quench\|tempering heat treatment, induction heat treatment and deformation heat treatment on structure and properties of spring steel are summarized in this paper. Due to high heating velocity, steel structure fining, non\|decarburization, high strength\|toughness, high fatigue life and elasticity attenuation resistance, the induction heat treatment for spring steel has been widely applied in recent years.
