摘要
通过对夹具的结构和变形夹紧机理研究,分析了加压扭力和液体压力的关系,以及液体压力与弹性薄壁套的变形位移、弹性薄壁套受到的应力、对夹持棒的压力的关系。介绍了加压扭力的合理选取及夹具的装配方法。通过合理使用加压扭力和采用该装配方法,提高了夹具的使用寿命两倍以上,故障率仅为原来的30%。根据该机理自主研发的夹具能满足中等精度加工的需要,实现了进口夹具的国产化。
Through the research of fixture structure and clamping deformation mechanism, the relationship between the screw torque and liquid pressure, as well as the relationship between the liquid pressure, deformation displacement of the elastic thin-walled sleeve, stress in the thin-walled sleeve and pressure on the holding bar, are analyzed. The reason- able selection of the screw torque and the assembly method of fixture are introduced. By the assembly method and reason- able use of the screw torque, the life of the fixture increases more than three times and the failure rate is only 30% of the original. The fixture independently developed according to the mechanism can satisfy the medium precision machining, and the domestic manufacture is realized.
