摘要
为优化热处理工艺,以60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢为研究对象,在热处理时间均为30 min的条件下,实验分析了不同奥氏体化温度、不同等温温度和不同回火温度对弹簧钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着奥氏体化温度的升高,实验钢的硬度先下降后上升;随着回火温度的升高,钢的硬度均呈下降趋势;随着等温温度的升高,钢的强度总体呈下降趋势,断面收缩率、伸长率总体呈先下降而后回升。当热处理工艺为910℃加热+300℃熔盐中等温+460℃回火水冷时,其综合力学性能最佳。
In order to optimize the heat treatment process, taking 60Si2CrVAT spring steel as research object, the influence of anstenitizing temperature, isothermal temperature and tempering temperature on the mechanical property of the spring steel was experimentally analyszed under the heat treatment time of 30 min. The results show that the hardness of the experimental steel is first down and then up with the austenitizing temperature rising; with the increase of tempering temperature, the hardness of the steel are tending to decline; with the increase of isothermal temperature, the overall strength of the steel has a descending trend, the reduction of area and the elongation have generally been first down and then up. The comprehensive mechanics performance of the steel is best under the heat treatment process of heated at 910 ℃ + isothermal in molten salt at 300 ℃+ tempered at 460 ℃ and water cooling.
