摘要
大规模定制是以大规模生产的成本和时间为客户提供个性产品和服务的一种生产模式,大规模定制设计是大规模定制实施的关键.文章首先分析了大规模定制设计的内涵与模式,然后从设计方法、关键技术和实施方法三个方面介绍了大规模定制设计的研究现状,最后讨论了大规模定制设计未来研究的重点.
Mass customization relates to the ability to provide individual products and services to every customer. Design for mass customization (DFMC) is the key to implementation of mass customization. This paper surveys the definition, mode, research state and development directions of DFMC. Firstly, the concept and mode of DFMC are analyzed. The design methods, key enablers and requirements for DFMC are discussed. Finally, future research directions are outlined.
