大规模定制是一种新的生产方式,但是在实施过程中它会受到企业内部和外部的一些因素影响,以及所应用的实施策略其自身的限制。面对不同的影响,企业须加强内外的整合,有针对性地解决问题。
Mass Customization is a new mode of production, but in the implementation process it faces a number of internal and external factors and itself' s limitations of implementation strategy. With different effects, the enterprise must take different approaches on different issues to strengthen the integration of internal and external aspects.
