指出了当前高校图书馆读者服务工作中存在的问题,并就如何提高自身素质、搞好高校图书馆读者服务工作进行了探讨.
The author points out the existing problem in serving for readers and then puts forward some suggestions on how to improve librarian self-quality and how to carry out serving-work for readers in college libraries.
