介绍了网络环境下图书馆的特点,论述了网络环境下图书馆员应具备的基本素质,提出了提高馆员素质的方法。
This paper introduces the features of library under the network environment, expounds the quality that the librarians should posses under the network environment, and advances some methods for improving the quality of librarians.
