摘要
提出了信息发掘和钢材性能发掘的概念 ;并指出 ,信息及材料性能发掘比设备、人力、物力挖掘具有更大的潜力和经济效益 ,对发展钢铁工业具有深远意义 。
The paper advanced a new concept—information excavating and products performance excavating which has more potential and economical benefits than tapping the equipment and material potential, and has significance for developing iron and steel industry. Meanwhile, some problems which should be noticed in informating excavating are pointed out.
