摘要
讨论了影响所研制焊条熔敷金属理化性能的主要因素,降低焊缝中的S、P含量及适当控制C、Mn的含量可以获得良好的综合力学性能,适量的Ni、Cr、Cu对提高耐大气腐蚀性十分有效。分析了影响该焊条工艺性能的主要因素,合理的大理石与萤石配比及稳弧剂的加入,有利于提高焊条工艺性能。通过焊条熔敷金属理化性能检测、金相分析、冷裂纹敏感性实验,结果表明,各项指标均达到《铁道车辆用高强度耐大气腐蚀钢焊接材料(焊条、焊丝)订货技术条件》的要求,并在铁道车辆上得到推广应用。
Main factors that affect the physical and chemical properties of the deposited metal were analyzed and discussed for the developed e- lectrode.The excellent mechanical properties of the weld would be obtained with the help of reducing the contents of S and P and controlling contents of C and Mn,and at the same time the atmospheric corrosion-proof property of the weld was very effective by adding right amount of Ni,Cr and Cu.The factors that affect the usability of the electrode used to weld high strength atmospheric corrosion-proof steel were also ana- lyzed and the results show that usability of the electrode will be improved by adding arc stability reagent and reasonable allocated proportion of marble and fluorspar in coating.Test results of physical and chemical properties,metallographic analysis and cool crack sensitivity test for the deposited metal show that the electrode was met the requirements of related technical specification about the electrode and has found application in fabricating railway vehicle.
