摘要
热轧钢材组织和性能预测及控制专家系统，是在物理冶金理论、轧制理论及计算机应用技术获得进展的基础上建立起来的。该专家系统通常由轧制、相变和性能三个模块组成，可根据性能要求，离线对钢的化学成分、组织和热轧生产工艺参数进行最优化，应用于热轧钢材组织和性能的离线预测、在线预测及在线控制，是一项极有用与崭新的技术。
The expert system of structure/property prediction and control for hot-rolled steel is set up basing on the progresses in physical metallurgy,rolling theory and computer applied technology. The system usually consists of rolling models,microstructural transformation models and property models. The systen can do off-line optimization of chemical composition,structure and rolling parameters according to the property demand.It can be used for off-line prediction,on-line prediction and on-line control of structure/property of hot-rolled steel.It is a useful and new technology.
