摘要
医疗保障制度改革，使医疗眼务业发生了诸多变化。这对军队中小医院既是机遇，也是挑战。军队医院必须改变观念，加强管理，争取较大的市场份额，促进医院的发展。
The reform of the medical care system changed the medical service a lot. This is a challenge as well as an oppotunate. The military hospital should change their mind to catch up with the development, enforce our management, to get a bigger part of the market, thus to promote the development of our hospital.
