摘要
2010年新型农村合作医疗制度建设由试点阶段转入全面推进阶段,军队医院的管理、建设和发展都受到了比较大的冲击和影响。军队医院必须坚持彻底转变观念,强化新农合意识;合理控制医疗费用的增长;挖内涵、抓质量、降低成本;保障为军服务。
The new rural cooperative medical system has interfered the management,construction and development of military hospitals greatly.For the hospital,strengthening the medial insurance consciousness is the precondition,controlling the medicine expenditure reasonably is the key,improving the medical service level and reducing the medical cost is the core,and guaranteeing the service for the soldiery is the essence for the military hospitals.
