摘要
为探讨“军字一号”工程在医院实施过程中的应用情况，对“军字一号”工程的特点与功能，安全性与稳定性，组织技术与管理等问题进行了阐述；为保证网络畅通，正确指导操作人员严格操作规程，使“军字一号”工程保持良好的运行状态。
