摘要
通过医院信息系统建设实践 ,展示我院应用“军字一号”工程的做法、特点和成就。着重阐述了医院信息系统建设需要把握的几个关键性问题 ,以人为本 ,集中统筹 ,形成建设的合力 ;以谋为先 ,统筹协调 ,确保工程平衡进展 ;以用为主 ,着眼全局 ,充分发挥整体效益。从而使我院全面实行了网络化管理 ,使医院管理水平迈上一个新台阶。
Through the construction of information system in hospitals, this article displays the practice, characteristics and achievements in the application of“No 1 military” project in the hospital and elaborates on several problems to be controlled in the construction of hospital information system:based on personnel, concentrating and uniformly planning to form a united force; with a scheme drawn first, planning and coordinating as a whole to guarantee the balanced progress of the project;with application as the major concern, thinking of the overall situation and giving full play to the efficacy of the whole.
