摘要
目的 结合工作实践,探讨医院信息化建设与应用中存在的问题和解决的办法。方法 (1)规范3 个基本字典;(2)总体设计,分步实施;(3)抓好人员培训;(4)健全规章制度;(5)确保网络安全;(6)加强数据核查和监控;(7)不断拓展应用功能。结果 实现以医疗、经费、药品为主线的全方位网络化管理,取得了显著的管理效益、经济效益和社会效益。结论 利用信息手段,全面提升医院管理水平,促进医院全面发展。
Objective To evaluate the problems and solutions in the construction and application of hospital informatization.Methods (1)Standardized three basic dictionaries. (2)Designed generally and carry out gradually. (3)Strengthened personnel training. (4)Made full regulations.(5)Ensured the safety of intranet.(6)Reinforced the check and supervision of data.(7)Continuously extended the function of application.Results Realized the whole network management with three clues: medical care, funds, and pharmacy. Achieved predominant benefits of management, economy, and society.Conclusion Information technology can enhance the management level and promote the overall development in hospital.
