边疆部队中心医院科研工作的问题主要为组织不全、管理薄弱、经济落后、投入受限、人才缺乏、认识偏差、信息不畅,专业滞后、发展不均,缺乏协同;对策是党委重视、强化意识、加大投入、人才建设、协同开展、抓住特色。
