摘要
本文通过对一系列球磨机断裂失效事例的分析,认为球磨机筒体断裂失效的主要原因是疲劳失效,并针对不同结构的球磨机筒体提出了相应的改进方法,取得了良好的实用效果。
This paper finds out the main failure reason of ball mill tube is fatigue. Through the analysis of a se-ries of break or spilt open examples of the tube, it puts forward different improvement measures aiming at different kinds of ball mill. These measures will result in good practical results.
