摘要
球磨机运行过程中承受动载荷,筒体受到冲击而产生振动,时常发生破坏。根据城海水泥公司3×11 m球磨机筒体的实际受力状况进行简化建模,并运用ANSYS软件对筒体进行仿真分析,计算出筒体的应力分布规律,通过比较理论值与实验值,找出筒体破坏的主要原因,为球磨机的维护与设计提供理论依据,对现场生产有重要的指导意义。
The barrel is shocking and vibrating because of undergoing dynamic load, the failure of barrel occurs frequently when the mill is applied. The paper not only build the model of the φ3 × 11 m mill's barrel of the Chenghai Cement Company, but also simulates analysis by using ANSYS software to calculate the regulation of stress field. The paper finds out the main causes of failure by contrast with the value of experiment. The result of study provides a theoretical foundation for maintenance and design. It has very important meaning for production.
