摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS提供的APDL语言,实现有限元建模和分析的参数化,并以试验球磨机筒体应力分析为例,给出了这一方法的基本步骤。结果表明,这种方法避免了大量重复的有限元建模与前、后处理操作,明显提高了产品设计效率,为球磨机系列化产品的研发提供方法依据。
By using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL),the FEA process including creating FEA model and analysis steps were discussed.A practical FEA model of experimental ball mill was established and stress analysis was also done by this method.The results show that this method overcame a lot of repeated FEA tasks and improved the efficiency of products structure design.
